This floral Victorian card features a beautiful illustration of two white flowers in full bloom on thorny stems with plenty of leaves. Two flower buds are illustrated to the left of one of the white flowers and a ladybug is crawling on the leaf below the same flower. The message, on the lower right corner of the card is: Thou Art Ever Dear to Me.
I purchased the floral Victorian card last weekend at our large annual antique show and sale. It was a long but super fun day going through the rows upon rows of tables set up with antique treasures!
Here are pictures of the other items I bought that day. The open book in the first photo below is a ledger dating back to 1832 – 1835. The black book in the background is a cookbook titled The Snow White Cook Book. It was published in 1892.
New in my Etsy shop this week is a coffee dyed printable Victorian Ladies Fashion paper pack. A vintage ladies’ fashion image is included on the left and on the right of each page. I have also included the digital stamped images on a white background, to be printed on the paper of your choice.

Thank you ALWAYS for sharing your wonderful images.
GREAT finds too! WOW!!! What a successful day.
Julie J
You’re welcome, Brenda! 🙂 It took me 5 or 6 hours of searching through the thousands of pieces of ephemera available at the sale to select these ones to bring home with me. Super FUN but I was exhausted at the end of the day. 🙂
Patricia
How dare you tease us with that ledger? Just kidding…..although I adore ledgers. Maybe you will share some pages soon? Thanks for all your lovely images.
Julie J
LOL Patricia! I am planning to share some of the ledger pages in the near future. 🙂

You DID get quite the haul, didn’t you! This is awesome! I need to start going back to some of the shops in my area!
Thank you kindly!!

Julie, Julie, Julie, What a Haul! Wish I had something like that. I am loving the ledger and Cookbook. Thanks for sharing.
Julie J
You’re welcome, Carol. 🙂 You can always start small, with the purchase of one vintage postcard or other piece of ephemera. Ephemera is fun to collect and doesn’t take up much space.
Ann
Thank you for the freebie, I just purchased from you and want to tell you how generous and awesome you are with your packs! Thank you for that!
You made a great haul, I hope we get to see some of the Snow White cook book pages in your shop too ?
Julie J
You’re welcome, Ann. 🙂 I’m happy to know you consider the packs to be generous.
It’s neat to read the old recipes and that’s all that’s in the Snow White cookbook. No illustrations in that one.
