This adorable vintage illustration features five kittens venturing out into their new world as their mother keeps a close eye on them. They are exploring a desk that is covered with several items including: papers, books, an ink well and a globe. Two of the kittens (with a third beginning his climb to join them) are making their way around the globe. The other two kittens are exploring a protractor that is lying on a page of an open booklet.
