This vintage Christmas greeting card features an illustration of a bright red stocking with a green and white plaid toe and heel and yellow jingle bells sewn to the top front. The stocking is filled with an assortment of toys and candies and an adorable, happy, little puppy dog.
The message on the inside of the card reads, “Hope Santa Claus leaves so many things Each one a grand SURPRISE That your very BIGGEST stocking Will be stuffed To TWICE its size”. I’ve removed the wording from the original card but left the shabby and aged bits of tape.

I’m happy to know you like it, Angela. It was a wonderful, warm Christmas with family, but very cold outside. We’ve had a nice winter so far (for central Alberta) but we’re in the deep freeze now.
