Here is a beautiful vintage illustration of Christmas stockings hanging from the fireplace mantle. There are four pairs of stockings, in a variety of sizes and styles, hanging empty – in anticipation of Santa’s arrival!

I’m sorry that this is too late for the 2015 Christmas season but I’ve been thinking this would be a beautiful page header (printed or digital) for a Christmas letter home to family or friends – if anyone still does that these days.
