Here are the front and back sides of three shabby vintage gardening business postcards.
The first postcard is dated April 1, 1882, and was sent by Johnson & Stokes, a company that sold garden, grass field and flower seeds, agricultural implements &c.
The second postcard is dated March 29, 1878, and was sent by Dreer’s Garden Seeds of 714 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia.
The third postcard is dated February 22, 1878, and was mailed from Benson, Burpee & Co, a company whose logo included illustrated vegetables and the motto: Reliable Fresh & Genuine Seeds.
