I returned a short time ago from an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon and it’s all good news! I DON’T require surgery to mend my broken shoulder! I asked the doctor if I could work on graphics. I explained that most of the work is done with my right hand and a graphics tablet but I need my left hand to control a couple of the buttons on the tablet. Because it’s a low-key task for my shoulder (and my arm rests on the keyboard tray beside the tablet), he said YES, I can work on graphics! I am thrilled on both counts! Thank you for your prayers and good wishes for continued healing! 🙂

Oh, that is too bad about your broken shoulder, but good news that you don’t need surgery. When I broke mine in an accident a couple of years ago the doctor told me that surgery should be avoided unless absolutely necessary and mine healed just fine. Yes, it hurt and I had to be careful, but I could use it somewhat even though it was in a sling. So good luck to you and I’m sure all will be fine and it’s good news that you can keep on working. :0)
