This book page features an antique ornamental alphabet. It’s a lower-case German ornamental alphabet.
Here is a black and white clip art version of the alphabet.
For some extra fun, I’ve also grunged up this alphabet for you.
I scanned the original book page from The Signists Modern Book of Alphabets, Plain Ornamental Ancient and Mediaeval by F. Delamotte. The book was published in 1906.
