Victorian Children New Year Postcard

Here is a cute vintage New Year postcard, illustrated by Ellen Clapsaddle. A Victorian boy and girl are each seated on a chair beside a table that has been set for tea. The boy is dressed in a golden-brown colored knickers suit and holding a red hat on his lap. He is shyly looking downward. The girl is wearing a pretty blue dress trimmed with white lace at the sleeve and collar and a matching blue bow in her hair. She is holding a bouquet of flowers in her right hand and looking toward the boy. The message on the card is:

A Wish of kindest meaning
And Greeting from a Friend.
Greetings for the New Year.
