Last Saturday I went to an antique show and sale that is held in our city once a year. There are hundreds of vendors with tables and it takes several hours to walk through if you want to see everything; however, even after hours of walking, admiring, and touching things (touching was allowed), I’m sure I missed some of the treasures. I had a wonderful time and bought a few items including this beautiful Victorian card. The card features a white open-back shoe that is filled with a bouquet of blue forget me nots. This time I know the flower because I’ve learned it from those of you who have helped me recognize a variety of types/names of flowers – and I appreciate you for it.
