Here are two beautiful Victorian calling cards.
he first card includes an illustration of a dove, with outstretched wings, tucked in a bouquet of flowers. In the foreground is a man’s hand on the left and a woman’s hand on the right. They are each holding one end of a blue ribbon that is inscribed with the words “Affection’s Offering”.
The second card includes a winter country scene in a small round frame in the center of a cluster of roses and forget me nots. The words “Faithful and true” are stamped on the wintery scene. In the foreground, on the left, a woman’s hand is touching a pink ribbon that is tied to the flowers.
