Here is a wonderful vintage illustration of pigeons. There are two pigeons at a feeding dish in the foreground, five pigeons in flight in the near and distant background and three more pigeons resting on a birdhouse in the field in the background. A brief description about pigeons is included at the bottom of the page. The image is from Little Folks Natural History that was published by McLoughlin Bros in 1902.
