Victorian Santa and Children

Here is a fun Victorian Christmas postcard graphic. The illustration on the postcard features Santa in a long red coat trimmed in white fur; the hood of the coat is pulled over Santa’s head. He has a bag of toys over his back and other toys tucked under his arm and attached to his sides. Santa is facing two young children and pointing to himself as if to show the children that he is “real”. The children are in awe of Santa. A decorated Christmas tree is on a table in the background and a sprig of holly and berries decorates the left side of the card. The message on the card is: Merry Christmas.

  1. Hi Angela,

That’s a cute little elf peeking out of the hole in Santa’s bag. 🙂 Wishing you a very Merry Christmas as well – and all the very best for 2015! xx

    Julie
