Although the cape is this peachy-pink color in the original magazine article, the caption below the image in the magazine is, “Little Red Riding Hood might have loaned her cloak as model for pattern No. 8356” (which is the pattern number of the cape). The pattern was available in girls’ sizes 8 to 14.
