Here is a lovely Victorian hand held mirror. I think this mirror would work well in a fairy tale or old fashioned beauty project. I can also imagine it being used as a frame, with a photo placed in the center oval shape, where the actual mirror would be.
The engraving is from The Art Journal Illustrated Catalogue, published for the proprietors, by George Virtue in London, 1851.
