These five aged and yellowed vintage cookbook pages include a variety of recipes for homemade ice-cream. There are some common types of ice-cream recipes included on these pages, such as: Chocolate Ice Cream, Strawberry Ice Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream. And then there are some that I’ve never heard of, such as: Biscuit Ice Cream, Brown Bread Ice Cream and Ginger Ice Cream. Have any of you tried these unusual flavors of ice-cream?

Thank you, Orlagh, for sharing that interesting information. Bread pudding was a common dessert when I was a child. Perhaps brown bread ice cream would be somewhat similar in taste.
