Since happily ever after doesn’t seem to be working out too well, I think this small, cozy, story-and-a-half Victorian cottage would be the perfect home for one recently-separated woman (moi) whose children are all grown up and have homes and families of their own. I love it!

Julie, we are so sad to learn of your current predicament — Please do not give up hope. My wife, Marilyn, and I were married for some years and then we were divorced. You have heard of marriages not working out. Well, in our case the divorce did not work out. Nine months after the divorce we were reunited and remarried and have been happy about it ever since. Each of us had our problems, and each of us worked on them. Now our major problems are keeping up with our two loveable small dogs and a “runt” kitten that has grown to become a large cat, nearly 20 pounds worth.
