I love this one! Thank you so much for posting all of these lovely images. I especially love the Delineator items and old ads. Of course, anything floral usually catches my eye as well. The girlier the better! Your images are not only beautiful, but they are clear and sharp to which makes them that much nicer!
It’s great to know what catches someone else’s eye. I’m going to start a list – beginning with the items you’ve mentioned and hopefully others reading will feel free to add to it (their requests) as well. I have several pre-1923 Delineator, and other, fashion magazines that are lush with illustrations so I can post a lot of girlie stuff here over time.
Do you have a product preference in old ads or do you like them all?
Gosh, I’m not sure I’ve met a vintage ad that I didn’t like. I love fashion ads — Edwardian in particular. I also love ads for cosmetics and toiletries, cooking, travel, and theater. I love glamorous ads and I love fancy borders and typography. I love black and white ads but I also love ads like this one with pastel flowers. I have a particular love for hat boxes and all things lavender. I’m hopeless! 🙂
I’ve been going through many old books and magazines all at once lately which has made my office smell like an old library. I love the smell – and I am having the time of my life! I’m sure that means I’m hopeless too! 🙂

Oops! Meant ‘too’ in the last sentence.
Thank you kindly for the feedback, Melody.
