Delightful Cookies by Margaret

June 18, 2012 3 Comments

Margaret works with an edible ink printer that uses food safe ink to make these adorable cookies! Before chatting with Margaret, I had no idea this kind of technology existed. The images are printed on wafer or rice paper. Margaret explained further, “The image is applied to the cookie on top of royal icing. Some people apply it directly to the cookie.” You can find these cookies and many more beautiful cookies, as well as cookie making tips, on Margaret’s blog, Cookieria by Margaret, HERE (there is a translate feature).

Margaret used the following digital collage sheets for these cookies:

Your digital collage sheets are beautiful and print very well on edible paper, or wafer paper, and the result is unique cookies! I love your work! XOXO!

This is a cool idea for using your collage sheets. I would have never thought of this.
