I always appreciate your images. This one is really sweet. Don’t you just wonder how his life turned out?
Yes, Karen, I definitely do wonder. He is so young and cute in this picture that I just want to give him a big hug, like I would one of my grandchildren.
However, as I worked a bit on cleaning up on the image, I had many questions, like: is he still alive and how old might he be now if he is (which I’m guessing would be at least 100 years old), I wonder if he married and had children and where his grand and great grandchildren might be now and what their lives are like. I wonder what he did for a living. I wonder if his life, overall, was a good life.
If I wrote a fictional book about his life, based on this image, it would have some bumps (typical to most people), but it would have a happy ending. 🙂
