Here is an illustrated vintage Christmas poem with the unusual title A New Mother Goose Jingle. The poem reads:
Sing a song of Christmas-time,
Mistletoe and holly,
Two impatient little girls,
Genevieve and Dolly.
When the door was opened
They shouted in their glee,
And wouldn’t you have shouted too
To have so fine a tree?
~ Dorothy G. Rice
Here is a black and white clip art version.
I scanned the original poem from the December 1897 issue of St. Nicholas magazine.
