Vintage French Invoices

Here are two printable vintage French invoices. I’ve shared invoices from both of these vintage companies in the past; however, these two are unique in that they are typewritten.

The business name on the first invoice is Maison Jean Elion, with an address of 66-68, Place Voltaire, Chateauroux. An itemized typewritten list of groceries, candles, and I believe laundry soap, totalling 90.25 Francs, purchased by Vve Labrune, on April 1, 1920, is included. A brown 10 cent stamp is affixed to the lower portion of the invoice.

The business name on the second of the vintage French invoices is Constant Guilbaud, with an address of 21, Rue Ledru-Rollin, Chateauroux. The telephone number of the business was 3-67. The invoice includes an itemized typewritten list of groceries, including cod, coffee, vermicelli, and alcohol, totalling 103.15 Francs. The items were purchased by Labrune Epicerie a Niherne, on March 17, 1924. A blue 25 cent stamp is affixed to the lower left-hand corner of the invoice.

  1. Thanks so much for these invoices! I love that they are typewritten. The handwritten ones are beautiful – but this is really fun to have these. 😀

  2. Thank you, Julie for doing the “foot” work in finding beautiful items to use in junk journaling and digital papers. I appreciate it.
