This vintage business postcard, by the General Card Co., was advertising for potential sales people to sell personalized Christmas cards. Fifty personalized Christmas cards sold for $1.00 and the advertisement indicates that up to $5.00 could be earned in a day by taking orders “for the fastest-selling Personal Christmas Cards ever offered”. An extra dollar could be made by showing samples of the company’s complete Christmas card line.

This tickled me because I tried selling these cards when I was about 12. i’m now 83! Not sure I ever sold any at all but it was fun trying. Thanks for the memories.
