Here is a vintage advertisement for a Home-Making and House-Keeping book published by The Butterick Publishing Co. The ad claims the book includes “complete instructions for making every home beautiful and, therefore, happy”. Although the illustration of Santa Claus included in the ad seems completely unrelated to the book, or to making a home happy, it is a fun sketch of Santa with his bag and arms filled with toys.
