These four aged and yellowed vintage cookbook pages include a variety of ways to cook turkey. Some of the recipes are: Boiled Turkey, Devilled Turkey, Hashed Turkey, and Roast Turkey. The pages are from Mrs. Beeton’s Book of Household Management, circa 1888.
