Here are two pages of articles titled, “The Practice and Theory of Aviation – II”. The articles discuss modern aeroplanes (of 1910) and include illustrations of the Wright Biplane and two types of Voisin Biplanes. I scanned these pages from the October 29, 1910 issue of the Scientific American Supplement No. 1817. Part I of this article on biplanes was published in the Scientific American Supplement No. 1816. I don’t own that issue.
One of my adult sons is going to have the original size scans of these pages professionally printed and custom framed for a friend of his who is a pilot/owner of a small plane and vintage plane enthusiast. I love his idea and thought some of you would like to have these original size (10” x 15”) graphics to do something similar, whether for a friend or for your own enjoyment.
Here are black and white clip art images of the three biplanes from the pages.

Awesome! I might have to frame the “pages” too…I can see making “guy” cards with the pages and the clip art…thanks so much.
You’re welcome Terry. I’m happy to know that you’ll be able to use the pages and the clip art!
