Here are two aged and shabby pages from a vintage school reader. The featured words on the pages are: sled, hear, think, noise, Santa Claus, Good-by, down, up, slide and hill. The lessons include Santa bringing toys for the children and a young boy going to school with his new sled that he received as a gift from Santa. The pages are from Child Life A First Reader by Etta Austin Blaisdell and Mary Frances Blaisdell, 1902.
