Here are two pages from The Wanamaker Stores 1903-4 Holiday Catalogue. The first page includes a space for the customer to fill in the post office address they would receive a reply with respect to their order, the address to which goods were to be sent and a message from John Wanamaker regarding the enlarged spring 1904 catalogue and requesting names and addresses of persons who would like a copy of the catalogue. The second page is a blank order form.
