Here is a dark and spooky graveyard scene. There are graves with tombstones in the foreground and silhouettes of Victorian men and horse drawn carriages in the background; heading toward what I assume is a mausoleum. This vintage illustration is from Hill’s Manual of Social and Business Forms, by Thos. E. Hill, 1886.

What kind of biz form do you suppose this was artwork for? Gotta love those kooky Victorians!

Hi Kassie,
In addition to business forms, the book includes a wide variety of other information. This illustration is included in a section on Tomb-Stone Inscriptions, Wording and Punctuation.
