I thought I’d begin adding Christmas graphics to my blog for those of you that have started working on your Christmas projects.
This vintage Christmas postcard features Santa putting the final touches of paint on a doll’s face. There is a rubber ball, a toy drum and a sprig of holly on the table Santa is working at and a couple of finished toys pinned to the wall in the background. The message on the lower right of the card is: Christmas Joys. The message in the upper left hand corner of the card is:
There’s nothing Santa
more enjoys
Than making toys for
girls and boys,
And in his way he’s
wondrous wise,
For he knows just
what’ll please
your eyes.
