Chili Pepper and Bell Pepper ~ Free Vintage Clip Art Images

Here are two wonderful illustrations of peppers: a chili pepper and a bell pepper. In the old book I scanned the images from, the peppers are also referred to as: fruit of long and round capsicums.

The images are from the Illustrated Dictionary of Gardening – A Practical and Scientific Encyclopaedia of Horticulture, edited by George Nicholson, circa 1885.
