By request, here are some recipes from Chocolate and Cocoa Recipes and Home Made Candy Recipes by Miss Parloa and Janet McKenzie Hill, a recipe booklet that was published in 1911. Some of the recipes on these pages include: chocolate caramel walnuts, chocolate peanut clusters, chocolate oysterettes, fudge hearts or rounds, marshmallow fudge, chocolate divinity, fondant, chocolate peppermints, chocolate marshmallow and chocolate almond bars.
