This vintage advertisement claims that Florence Crochet Silk, with its soft finish, strict purity and durable colors is not only extensively used for crochet work of all kinds but is also in high favor for knitting, often used for making mittens, stockings and other articles of wearing apparel. The ad is from the March 1895 issue of The Delineator magazine.
