This yellowed and tattered cover page of the March 1918 issue of Pictorial Review magazine includes a delightful image by Charles Twelvetrees. An adorable little girl is walking along with a large floral purse draped over her arm, knitting as she goes. A cute puppy is playing at her feet and tangled in the little girl’s ball of yarn. The original size of this cover is 11″ x 16″ but I’ve reduced it enough to fit on an 8.5″ x 11″ (about 7.5″ wide) page, making it convenient to print at home.
