For those of you following my fonts “story”, I’ve heard back from a sales rep from fonts.com and she said, “As long as you are using the font as a static image, you are in accordance with our EULA.”
Yes! I am delighted to know that I will be able to use the invitations I’ve already created, and I’ll continue to create more (to prepare for a second future Etsy shop), all in good conscience, now that I have this confirmation that the fonts I purchased can be used for the purpose I intended to use them.
Just to cover all my bases, I will also print the e-mail I received from the sales rep and keep a hard copy with my business records.
