Since they still have Strawberry Crush, how is the copyright not right?

Hi Marilyn,

This vintage label was printed for Duckworth & Co. (the company was eventually purchased by Cargill). Duckworth was never owned by the Orange Crush Company (which is now part of Dr. Pepper Snapple Group Inc.), the modern day producer of a beverage named Strawberry Crush.
